Holiday home decorated in minimalist style with fantastic sea views nearby the beach. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood in Sant Pol de Mar. This picturesque village is source of inspiration for many artists and also has a three star Michelin restaurant “Sant Pau”. It is the perfect place for people who want to practice activities like: golf, sailing, walking, cycling, enjoy the nature in the Natural Park of Montnegre or visit the fantastic city of Barcelona.
The property is distributed in the following way: You reach the first floor from the stairs where you find a single open space with living zone which leads out to the terrace, an open kitchen zone which leads out to a small terrace and one toilet. First floor consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom and the suite with a bathroom and a small balcony. From this floor there is access to the solarium and roof terrace where there is an outdoor dining and relax area where one can enjoy the fantastic sea views and sunbath in total privacy.
